Upon registration, you will receive an SMS text message on the cell number you registered with your appointment time and lab order number.

Testing

Show up at the testing location at the time you have selected. Our medical professionals will use a pain-free nasal swab on the lower part of the nostril to collect a sample for testing.

Results

When your results are ready (generally in under 24 hours), you will receive a text notification with a link to this patient portal asking you to log in and securely view your results.

FAQ

How is my sample for testing collected?

We use an anterior nasal swab to collect a sample of nasal secretions. This is done by inserting the swab into the lower part of one nostril, approximately 1/2 inch, and before any resistance is met. The swab is rotated four to five times, removed, and then repeated in your other nostril. The whole process is pain free and much easier than the often used “brain tickling” nasopharyngeal swabs.

How and when will I get results?

For the PCR Test, results are returned within 24 hours of specimen collection. When your results are ready, you’ll receive a text message with a link to our website where results can be securely viewed.

Do I need a referral from a medical professional?

No, you do not need a referral for testing.

How old can a patient be to get a COVID-19 test?

Patients can be of ANY age to register for COVID-19 testing. A parent or legal guardian must complete this registration for all minor patients and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to assist with swab collection if under 15 years of age.

Can I bring someone with me or should I come alone?

We understand that you may need to bring someone with you; however, only patients scheduled a visit online can be tested. We do accept drive-ups and individuals can register on-site with their mobile device.
